Today, members have answered a total of 52 calls for service with more still coming in.
Many of the calls were related to the storm, a breakdown of a few of the calls.
– Traffic Control at many areas due to high waters across the roadways.
– Stranded Motorists
– Lightning Strike resulting in a working fire in a single residential.
– Active Gas Leak, Basement Collapse (house condemned by Emergency Management).
– Multiple Pump Outs
– Fire Alarm
The Millcreek Township Emergency Operation Center has been activated. Damage assessment teams
will be out tomorrow morning to assess the damage in the Township. If you have damage to your business or residence,
please call the Millcreek EOC Damage Assessment line at 814-833-1303.
Crew from local Fire Departments, Emergency Management and the Pennsylvania Emergency Managenment Agency are out
in the township completeing damage assessment from the storms yesterday.

If you live in our district (Pittsburgh Drive to Brookside Drive and from the northern set of railroad tracks near 23rd Street, North to the Lake)
and were affected by the storm yesterday, and need supplies to clean up, please contact the station.
We have a limited number of supplies from the American Red Cross and Millcreek Township EMA to provide to the residents.
