November 5, 2013 – In the early morning hours, West Lake FAST team was dispatched to assist McKean Fire Department on a trailer fire on Timberlake Drive. Ladder 489 responded as the FAST Team, once on scene crews were assigned to assist with fire suppression and overhaul. Ladder 489 operated on scene until released by McKean command.
